Installation
To install the control unit on wall, first remove the wall mount piece
at the back of the control unit.
1) Remove wall mount piece by using finger to pull at the bottom right,
then gradually pull out from control unit.
(Remember the top and the bottom)
2) Use included screws and rubber filling plugs to mount the wall mount piece
at desire place. Wiring
According to the marks on the back of control unit, make correct connections
to:
+12, GND, -Lock, +Lock, Open(from inside), Open(from inside), Door
Bell, Door Bell.

*When the lock is powered from the supply, “- Lock” is
connected to PUSH of power supply.

Caution!
Before power up, make sure supply voltage is DC 12V and positive/negative
polarity.
Keypad protection sensor is located at bottom right. If triggered,
siren will short beep continuously.
Before operation, please read the following instruction carefully.
(I)Initialization
1 Make sure power is off, connect pin 2, 3 of S16.
2 Power on. Siren continuously beep. Indicators: power(red),OK(green) and MODE(Orange)
all blink.
3 Power off. Power on again, indicators: Power, OK and MODE all blink. Waiting
for S16 to change.
4 Remove jumper on pin 2, 3 of S16, and place jumper on pin 1, 2 of S16.
5 Siren loud beep once. Initialization completed. DLC enters normal operation
mode.
*Initialization process resets system password to default password:
12345. Other data will not be erased.
(II)Relay output setting
1 When Pin 1,2 of J1 are connected, then “3”,”4” normally
open.
2 When Pin 2,3 of J1 are connected, then “3”,”4” normally
closed.
3 J2 is the Hi/Lo voltage level selection.
Program the DLC.
“
#”= FUNCTION key. Enter program mode.
a) Press #, POWER/OK/MODE all blink.
b) Enter 5-digit system password, short loud sound. POWER(On),OK(On),
MODE(Off).
Note: This DLC supports 3 types of users:
Type 1, use “Badge” to open door;
Type 2, use “Password” to open door; and
Type 3, use “Badge + Password” to open door.
* User number are 4-digits
* System password is 5-digits
* User password is 6-digits
“0”=Add Type 3 User.
a) Press “0”, ? POWER(Off), OK(Off), MODE(On).
b) Enter 4 digit user number, ? OK(On) indicated the entry is valid.
c) Read a Badge to be registered, ? hear a short beep, ? enter 6-digit
password, ? hear a long beep, ? POWER(On), OK(Flash once), MODE(On).
“1” Key, modify system password.
a) Press “1”, ? POWER(Off), OK(Off), MODE(On).
c) User enter 5-digit system password (ie 12345), ? entry done, ? beep once,
? POWER(On), OK(Flash once), MODE(On), ? modification success.
Caution: That user must protect the password. Re-enter system programming
mode requires password.
If password is forgotten, initialization is required.
“2” key, add Type 1 or Type 2 user.
a) Press “2”, ? POWER(Off), OK(Off), MODE(On).
b) Enter 4-digit user number, ? OK(On), ? code entered valid.
c) Read registered badge /or enter 6-digit user password, ? long beep,
? Power(on), OK(Flash once), MODE(On), ? user logon succeed.
“3” key, delete single user.
a) Press “3”, ? POWER(Off), OK(Off), MODE(On).
b) Read badge to be deleted, or enter 4-digit user number to be deleted,
? long beep,
? POWER(On), OK(Flash once), MODE(On), ? user delete succeed.

4” key, delete all users.
a) Press “4”, ? long beep, ? Power(On), OK(Flash once), Mode(On),
? all user delete succeed.

5” key, modify door open duration.
a) Press “5”, ? POWER(Off), OK(Off), MODE(On).
b) Enter 2-digit door open duration, ? long beep, Power(On), OK(Flash once),
MODE(On),
? door operation duration setting completed.
“
8” key, modify user password.
a) Press “8”, ? Power(Off), OK(Off), MODE(On).
b) Enter 6-digit original password, ? long beep, ? OK(Flash once), enter new
password,
? long beep, ? OK(Flash once), ? user password change succeed.
“6” key, exit programming mode.
Long beep, ? POWER(On), OK(Flash once), MODE(Off), ? DLC exits system
program mode, ? return to normal operation mode.
During add user process,
If 3 short beep is heard, it means the user has already registered.
If 4 long beeps is heard, it means RAM is full, can’t register
any more.
If 5 time two-long-one-short is heard, it means system memory has readwirte
error.
If entry error or operation error occurred, 3 long beeps will be heard
and DLC will exit to normal operation mode.
Note: This DLC supports 3 types of users:
Type 1, use “Badge” to open door;
Type 2, use “Password” to open door; and
Type 3, use “Badge + Password” to open door.
* When door is opened, Badges can’t be read.
* When type 2 user is entering password, the pad can’t read Badges.
After programming the DLC, enter the normal operation mode,
POWER(On), OK(Off), MODE(Off), The following steps show how to operate:
a) Either hold user Badge closer to the DLC unit or enter continuously
the 6-digit user password, long beep, Power(Off), OK(On), door open
success; Within preset door open duration, indicators don’t change.
b) If Siren makes 3 short beeps, and POWER continuously flash 3 times,
it means the user badge or user password is invalid, door not opened.
c) If an user has set to be “Badge + Password”, after badge
is read, if
Badge Valid,
Long beep, OK(Flash) indicating to enter user password; if
Password valid,
long beep, door opens.
Password not valid,
back up one level and wait for valid password again.
Badge not Valid.
Back up one level to normal operation mode and wait for valid badge.
End.
